Privacy notice
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Who we are
Darlene is a brand of LMH Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). This notice covers the DarleneClean.com coming-soon website only. The Darlene app will have its own privacy policy.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you email us instead (to join the waitlist or to say you're interested in becoming a Pro), we receive whatever you include in that email — usually your name, email address, and the Miami area you're in. This site has no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Our waitlist provider
Our waitlist runs on Buttondown, an email newsletter service, on our list called darleneclean. When you sign up, Buttondown stores your email address for us and sends you a confirmation email. Buttondown handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to you and to let you know when Darlene launches in your area. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails only until Darlene launches in your area, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link. To be removed from the waitlist, or to ask what we hold about you, email [email protected].
